Scope of services include

Advising to ensure that the laboratories, class rooms, and equipment specifications and system design complies with the user needs, contract documents, all government requirements and any applicable government legislation and regulations.

Attending meetings with any authorities involved in the approval process and in turn advice client.

Determine and advise client on the government and authority requirements pertaining to the equipment specifications, system design and approval process.

Prepare the room-by-room schedule of Furniture for Labs and Office, Electrical, HVAC, Parti-tions, plumbing, Medical and Lab equipment.

Prepare the equipment distribution in a schedule format on department-by-department basis.

Prepare itemized bills of quantity.

Advising and handling project management issues relating to engineering services of furniture for labs, electrical HVAC, partitions, plumbing medical and lab equipment as and when required.

Advise on the testing and commissioning process Other work included end user interactions, preparation of design drawings and specification, supervi-sion of contractor’s installation and T&C etc. Other responsibilities include the selection and coordina-tion of equipment and services.

We have, arguably the single largest number of fume cupboards -680 fume cupboards - in India in a sin-gle campus i.e. Syngene Biocon Park, which was installed as per schedule -every individual project and is being maintained by LFS.

We have provided our clients with a maintenance system that responds to their calls within 24 hrs. We have separate maintenance teams for the south and west of India. In some cases e.g. Biocon, we have provided our clients with a permanent maintenance technician permanently at their facility.
